🇩🇪 Germany
Ausbildung Program
Earn-and-learn vocational training pathway with sponsored employment.
Overview
The Germany Ausbildung Program is a unique, world-renowned 2- to 3.5-year dual vocational training pathway that combines paid on-the-job training with classroom learning at a Berufsschule (vocational school). Over 320 recognised Ausbildung professions exist — nursing, IT, mechatronics, hotel management, logistics, automotive, electrical and many more — and Germany now openly recruits Indian apprentices to fill chronic shortages. Apprentices receive a monthly stipend of €1,000–€1,400, full health insurance, paid leave, and on completion a recognised German qualification with a direct path to a Skilled Worker Visa and permanent residency. 7 Wings Immigration in Hyderabad is one of the leading Ausbildung consultants for Indian students — we match candidates with German employers, run B1 language training and handle the visa end-to-end.
